The Glock 21SF Gen 3 is a great pistol, BUT the grip has always bothered me for all Gen 3s. I feel the Gen 3's factory "grip stipple" just doesn't work for me.
My Glock 19 and 17 have skatboard deck on the trips to increase the feel of the pistol. A lot of people now offer stippling packages ranging in price from $50 - $100. No doubt it takes time, but then again, you never know the quality of that person's work.
Salient Arms International makes the best looking Glock out there. But their Glocks are well over $2,000 and that is if you supply the pistol to them to customize. Sure you get a match grade fluted barrel in TiN. You get it fitted to your slide and frame and you get a very cool slide cut.
But the best part of Salient Glocks is the modified frame. They just look awesome. Glock should take note for their Gen5. This is what the audience wants in terms of grip feel (Gen 4 is awesome IMHO and fixed all that was wrong in Gen 3).
Anway, I did my G21SF myself. Dremel + soldering iron and a careful layout in duct tape yields a great result.
Practice on Magpul parts before you go to the Glock. Go slow and be patient!

After about 2 hours, you get this. Feels awesome, no slippage. You can see the templates I made for the backstrap to get the curve right. Made the template out of duct tape. Go gently around it and then go deeper on a 2nd pass.
