After finishing my G21, I decided my G17 needed the same treatment.  Taking the learnings from the G21, I applied it to the G17 and it came out "sweet"!  Now, I'm thinking of tweaking the G21 a little bit to make it exactly like the G17. Hope you take the plunge and try it yourself!  Its worth it.  Worse case scenario, you send it out to be redone.

The Glock 21SF Gen 3 is a great pistol, BUT the grip has always bothered me for all Gen 3s.  I feel the Gen 3's factory "grip stipple" just doesn't work for me. My Glock 19 and 17 have skatboard deck on the trips to increase the feel of the pistol.  A lot of people now offer stippling packages ranging in price from $50 - $100.  No doubt it takes time, but then again, you never know the quality of that person's work. Salient Arms International makes the best looking Glock out there.  But their Glocks are well over $2,000 and that is if you supply the pistol to them to customize.  Sure you get a match grade fluted barrel in TiN.  You get it fitted to your slide and frame and you get a very cool slide cut. But the best part of Salient Glocks is the modified frame.  They just look awesome.  Glock should take note for their Gen5.   This is what the audience wants in terms of grip feel (Gen 4 is awesome IMHO and fixed all that was wrong in Gen 3).
